SA Golf Digest rank the top 100 golf courses in South Africa every year. They have a team of panellists who travel the country playing the best courses, and ranking them according to strict criteria. In 2012, Prince's Grant was ranked as the number 34 course in South Africa.

Prince's Grant was also the recipient again in 2012 of the Compleat Golfer 5 Star ExperienceAward, which is granted to the 24 courses ranked to give the best overall golfing Experience to guests.
