All meals are catered for from our onsite kitchen, prepared by our head chef Arlindo Hamba, and his team.
We offer you a choice from our Buffet Menus for your Luncheon and Dinner requirements; please advise of any special dietary requirements, where applicable.
We can also arrange catering for corporate breakfasts, cold buffet menu’s for lunch and dinner and shack menu’s upon request.
