Completed in 1994, Prince’s Grant Lodge is situated on the shore of the Indian Ocean in a natural environment that overwhelms the senses with serenity and tranquillity. Prince’s Grant is family-friendly and its style that creates an atmosphere of character and warmth, while being secluded and remote. It is the complete breakaway destination for family holidays, golf weekends, conferences and special events.
Controlled access ensures our residents and guests a safe and secure environment. With our facilities including access to 1.5 km of private beach, a pristine lagoon with 2.5 km of open water and an abundance of bird life and unique mangrove forests, a highly acclaimed restaurant, swimming pools and conference facilities, the whole family is sure to feel at home at Prince's Grant.

Fabulous golf course. Beautiful views and relatively quiet. If you looking to live on an estate, this one is very reasonably priced in comparison to other estates on the Sugar Coast.

This is a elegant golf course situated in an upmarket beachfront hotel plus a beautiful pool. This is the best estate around Stanger & surrounding areas. A perfect place to unwind & relax, beautiful scenery. The turf is well maintained, it is such a pleasure to play a game of golf in this facility.
